Head of Engineering
- Resurgens Technology Partners acquired the InvestorForce business unit from MSCI in 2018 for $62 million, and merged it with Investment Metrics. InvestorForce technology lead during the due diligence process, MSCI transition services agreement negotiation, and separation/integration planning.
- Project leader for separation of InvestorForce technology functions and services from MSCI; designed new hosting infrastructure and led data center migration project.
- Management responsibility for InvestorForce technology team, later for overall database management and server infrastructure and desktop services within combined organization.
MSCI, Inc. (2013-2018)

Executive Director
- MSCI (NYSE:MSCI) acquired InvestorForce in early 2013 for $23.5 million. Technology lead within InvestorForce for due diligence and acquisition planning.
- Led technology team within InvestorForce business unit; managed related systems, maintaining quarterly release cadence and working with MSCI global teams to transition desktop and local office services.
- Led infrastructure upgrade projects to handle higher data volume and processing capacity requirements of growing client base, and migrate InvestorForce systems into MSCI-managed data center environments with greatly improved performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Technology lead for due diligence and integration planning MSCI’s acquisition of Insignis, Inc. (independent provider of custodial bank data aggregation services); technology lead for due diligence of another possible acquisition, ultimately declined by MSCI.
- Recruited a new captive team of mixed software engineering and quality assurance resources in MSCI Mumbai office, doubling project development capacity.

- Technology lead for successful divestment of a subset of company’s product and data assets to Morningstar, Inc. (leading provider of financial market reference data) in 2006.
- Designed and implemented a quarterly software release cycle beginning in 2004 that continued without interruption for 15 years, based around the quarterly business operations of clients.
